Leadership Essentials

I bring a lot to the table as a leader because of my lifetime of experience and broad base of knowledge. I have worked in a variety of occupations and positions and I have learned something from all of them. I am an avid reader and researcher and I am constantly seeking for truth, knowledge, and a better way of doing something. I make it my goal to learn something new every day. I am passionate about sharing that knowledge with others and helping them see they still can learn and grow at any age. I have a gift for being able to envision the outcome of a project, event or goal and being able to coordinate what it will take to make that vision a reality.  I am intelligent, determined, and compassionate. I give others the benefit of the doubt and try to see it from their perspective. I have gained a lot of understanding by making this a practice. I think of an event or project that needs to be done and I am able to delegate the tasks necessary to complete it. I find the best people with the right skills for each aspect of the job.
